Swimmers MUST be Signed Up to Compete
You will have to DECLARE your swimmer(s) for EACH MEET. This is done through the Swimtopia website, just make sure you're signed in to your account. Each meet is listed under the Meets & Events tab in “Sign up Calendar." Or simply look to the right of this page ->
For EACH meet:
- click the green “Meet Entry” button. It will take you to a page with your swimmers’ name(s).
- click the black “Edit” button, and select either “attending” or “not attending this meet.” make sure to do this for EVERY SWIMMER
- click the black “Save” button
Do this for every meet, please!
If your swimmer(s) do not compete because they can not yet independently swim the distance of their race, please mark them as "not attending" the meet. Thanks!
Volunteer Position Sign Ups
This can also be done through the "Sign Up Calendar," or to the right of this page -->
For EACH meet and event you are able to volunteer, make sure you're signed into your account, then:
- click the green “Job Sign Up” button. It will take you to a page with parent(s) name(s).
- click the black “Sign Up for Jobs” button under the parent name. This will take you to a list of jobs needed for the meet or event.
- check the box(es) next to the job(s) that parent wants
- click the black “Save Assignments” button at the bottom of the page. This will take you back to the parent list page that now includes the job(s) for which you just signed up. This will remain here for your reference and if you need to edit it later.
